I recently completed both interview rounds with Accenture and received a document selection email. I uploaded all required documents via the Workday portal. However, I later got another email asking me to schedule the second interview again, which was confusing. The process was smooth overall, but this seems like a communication gap. Has anyone else experienced this?

If I did good on the first two interviews but just “okay” on the more technical third interview do you think I still got the job?
