I recently joined a company on third party payroll. But some companies i interviewed before wants to take further(most of them discussion) rounds. Should i join continue hr discussions and looking for other opportunities ? How do i explain my situation to HR.

Note: I don't know that my current firm is a third party payroll, they told me it is full time. But came to know about this only after joining.

Hello guys, Tomorrow is DOJ in INFOSYS and I have asked 1 week back for CTC revision by showing CGI OL and my HR told me that I got all approvals and will send my revised OL. Till now I didn't get. Yesterday HR told I will get it today. My DOJ is tomorrow. I am tensed. I have asked the CGI to offer to revise my date to dec 10th. Will infosys give it today or they are double crossing me?

So i work at this company in coimbatore (india) and we have a very poor work life balance. We have a 6 day working policy and no vacation or sick leaves just 1 day casual leave a month. We usualy had to work around 10 to 12 hrs and no leaves even during govt holidays. How can i make them understand this is killing our personal life. I have already shared a couple of emails to hr and CFO of our company to no avail. Please advice on what should I do next
