Hello guys, Tomorrow is DOJ in INFOSYS and I have asked 1 week back for CTC revision by showing CGI OL and my HR told me that I got all approvals and will send my revised OL. Till now I didn't get. Yesterday HR told I will get it today. My DOJ is tomorrow. I am tensed. I have asked the CGI to offer to revise my date to dec 10th. Will infosys give it today or they are double crossing me?

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
