My CTC : 11.25 LPA Fixed and 56k bonus

How much can I expect with these experiences.

Currently I am quoting 18 LPA and sometimes 18 to 20 LPA

I have been employed with them for 17 years and honesty, it’s a great company to work for. I have been in management for over 7 years at this point, completing everything from culinary management to both ends of service management, I have also completed my general management assessment. My pay has only increased on average of less than 3% per year with one year at 6%. I have never negotiated my salary before, is this too low? If so what is good increase for a company that continues to excel?

For those who have obtained the CFF certification:
I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? For background, I’m 6 months into working at this firm and have touched a variety of cases.

I have a year of teaching nursing students in clinicals and labs, and some lecture teaching. Also, I have done regional advising at a call center for 7 months. Hi! I’m an LPN with a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration. Anyone know of any remote positions? I have about 5 years of outpatient multi specialty experience along with care coordination experience. I have searched all over and haven’t had any luck finding anything remote.

I am a recent graduate with my bachelors in healthcare admin. An LVN of 18 years with 10 yes of that in management roles. I have been searching for a remote position for about a year now with no avail. I feel like I’m getting desperate does anyone have any leads on a job.

I still see the eyes of my patients as they are intubated and the fear they projected. So many died. My heart hurts for them, their families and all of those who cared for them until the end. Having some serious PTSD from this pandemic.
