I saw a report recently that identified 17% of US Employees at Kenvue were rated Moderate / Moderate in 2023. What does that mean for them looking into 2024 rating? Considering only a small amount of Kenvuers are in this group, if you/someone you know is rated M/M what would you tell them?

My first thought would be to leave the company as it simply isn’t a good fit whether it be the work tasks or manager doesn’t value you… Thoughts?

Are initial law firm consultations usually free? I’m on H1B and wanted to schedule an initial consultation with an immigration lawyer to discuss some GC options (outside of employment based) and was told I’d have to pay $200 for a consultation (45 mins session).
