I seriously want to get out of car sales. I came from hospitality and didn’t go to college so this is my only experience. It feels like I’m stuck in the industry. I’ve applied and applied, any tips?

I have a recurring thought that really brings me down and I can’t seem to get past it.
Some days I feel I am pretty good at what I do (not a leadership role) but then I see leaders in my own organization that are great at what they do and I don’t believe that I could ever get to their level of competence. Then I think of all the people my age who are appear to be doing those things and wonder we what’s wrong with me.
Have any of you felt this and how have you gotten past it?
