I want to know about notice period in TCS
I am on trainee ship and I am trying to switch my job enternally kr externally. My trainee shil will be over after 1 yr and after that I will be permenent in TCS. Some of my network said in trainee ship period you have 1 month NP and after completing trainee ship 3 months NP. Can you guys confirm that is this real and are their any consequences if I leave or change my career??
