Moving to San Diego soon and would like to know How’s the East Village neighborhood? Would you recommend to live there? What’s the neighborhood like?

I’m looking to move from San Francisco to London within my company, so an internal move. I have no idea what I should be expecting pay wise in London. Should I be expecting a cut? If so what kind of % cut should I be expecting? Any negotiation tips to keep my salary more or less the same?

Just completed my first week at Deloitte and finished setting up my DPN profile , completd my mandatory trainings etc. I've left my resource manager an IM , he's been MIA. How long before someone reaches out to me for assignment to a project. I don't have project assigned to me and no coach yet . Is this normal ? What's the typical time frame after hiring to get assigned to project. It feels extremely weird not to have a client assigned or not be actively pursuing one.

Currently make 75k in a low cost of living area as a government employee. Big 4 tax background with 5 years experience. Currently working in regulation. Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. Based off of Glassdoor, my salary matches Texas’s exactly and SF has the same role at 10k more. Should I show him the Glassdoor page? Don’t want to come off too strong. Please advise

Hello, I need advice on salary negotiations at my current employer. Got offered a HR management role @ $62k a year. The average salary in SLC is $73k. Someone less than 1 year of experience earns $69k. I’m also PHR certified and have 5+ years of progressive experience in all functions of HR. Anyone in the outdoor or sporting goods industry with a company size of 250-300 employees? TIA

My current role/company is salary focused so I’m out of my element negotiating the bonuses.
