I had 0% morphology. My wife also had known fertility issues. We did IVF. Insurance required two abnormal semen analysis which we provided due to the morphology results. Would have needed 3 IUI’s otherwise. Expecting twins.
We had this exact result! Started him on BeliMen and switched to FertilAid. 3 months later his morphology was up to 7%. I recommend looking up some other ways to help, like exercise is a big factor.
We had the exact same issue. It took us 10 months to get pregnant. I would wait a year before trying IVF
People can conceive naturally with morphology at that level. They say it’s the least important sperm factor and also able to be addressed at home. So like diet, acupuncture, exercise can all significantly improve it over a three month timeframe.
We had the same results too. Had tried for a year before getting tested. Tried the supplements and exercise regimen while we waited 3 months for the second semen analysis and then did about 4 iuis. Nothing changed in all that time. Moved to ivf which worked on the first try. My RE said the same thing - works for some and doesn’t work for some. Morphology is finicky.
My morphology was like 3.5% they said that was around the norm
