Power Point and Excel files need to be in the same folder on a local machine and usable without an internet connection. Is it possible to link a title on a PowerPoint slide to other slides in the presentation? (Like how in Excel you can link to other cells so you don't have to keep filling in the same information)

For example, I have a title that has the format: date of meeting title of meeting. This is a weekly meeting so every week I have to manually change the date for 30+ slides. Any insights? Thank you!
