Should I use 4:3 or 16:9 for my ppts?

Client wants to use 4:3 and I think they are insane.

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?

This question is for the project manager/resource manager. Project allocation will be done based on band or based on package in TCS

It's been boggling me for years but---is there a way to automate creating slides from a table in excel following a certain formatting? Say I have a table of action plans (activity, PIC, target date, status, etc). Is there a way to create a template on PPT and generate slides per line item of the table?

When you align objects, is there some way to “pin” down one object? Ex. I want to align object A to the center of object B, not the other way around.

have a requirement to show an interactive scatter chart in Power Point from data stored in an Excel spreadsheet.
