Just be direct. "I've accepted another offer and my last day will be Friday." He might be annoyed, but that's his problem at this point. You don't owe them anything more than that.

Just be direct and truthful about it. There’s no shame in that.
Depending on the state you live in, you're not required to provide notice, although it's preferred that you do.
Just tell him. Give the standard thank you, I’ve enjoyed working here, but, Yada yada yada. Then don’t look back or feel guilty.
Hmmm... I have never had a company that wanted me to start that soon after the offer as there normally is a background check and/or drug test plus I have always had recruiters ask me when I am available to start.
I would just be honest and open with your manager and then hope you do not need to use them as a reference in the future or need to try regaining employment with them.
