Clean clothes are mixed in with dirty, her desk is a disaster, she won’t let go of clothes she’s outgrown, drawers are open with clothes hanging out. A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. Easier to organize w/o her but that’s not a solution.

Might be the wrong bowl but finding it extremely difficult to focus on work post busy season. It’s been 2 weeks since we filed and I’m still taking lots of naps and breaks (I’m talking like 3-4 cumulative hrs worked during the day). I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

Hi all, I currently work 52-55 hours on average weekly and have been at my company for 4 months. I am now the only operations team member and am expected to complete all ops work alone. (Barely got trained to begin with). I work in Manhattan as well so I’m not sure if my 70k+15-20% bonus is standard or if I’m being very underpaid, especially considering that it is an employees market. Thoughts?

The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?
