I was told after the holiday I would get the position I applied for. Now I been patient ask my manager and he said they agree I was not Professional for the position. A month later after giving me the runaround.

I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?
