I was told my potential managers want to go to lunch after my interview next week. I’ve seen where some companies use this as a final social test to see how you fit with the team. Do you think they do this for everyone who gets an interview, or is it reserved for people they are serious about hiring? I want to make sure I’m going in with the right mindset.
