My DOJ is on 2nd January (Friday) and will work from the office on 2nd, 5th, 6th, and 7th January and planning to go home on 7th night. Due to a pre-planned family commitment during Pongal, I am planning to work from home in the next week (on 12th, 13th, and 14th Januar), and then report back to the office from 19th January onwards.

Kindly let me know if the self-care/work-from-home option is applicable in this case for a new joiner, or if there is any alternative you would recommend.Wipro
