I work as a Client Executive for a large P&C Insurance Broker. Due to the company restructuring my day to day of how quotes are presented, I am rarely client facing which has caused my production numbers to dwindle tremendously over several months. My leadership team is berating me saying that it is my fault however when I point out my concerns (which have been met with no response) they turn it on my stating that I need to "do my job." It's frustrating and I need advice!
