Hi I am currently working with TCS and very soon I will be on bench as my current project has expired. Hence, looking for an opportunity outside for better prospects. Please let me know if any.

Dilemma: I am 1 of 4 workstream leads on a large digital transformation programme. My background is Enterprise Architecture, and I am leading a team that includes Enterprise, Solution, Integration and Data Archs.

If I wasn't so desperate for the resources, I'd roll off 2 new integration archs that recently joined.

They both openly challenge my decisions (which are made in consultation with the team) with vague arguments, speak to me as if they need to "dumb down for the girl", and (continues)

How to get onto my first actual strategy project? Experienced hire, consultant level in US. Been on a pmo outside of OP for 10 months…about to roll off

What is the bench period? .Are projects generally short term or long term.?

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I am tagged to resources pool in Coforge from last 2 months i.e. I am in bench.

Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? I have an approved i140 from company A, I got an offer from company B but as per their policy new perm will only be applied after 1 year. Guys one of my friend who is working as a Graphic Designer for last four year. He is not much happy in Graphic Deisgner field due to lack of interest and financial benefit.
