I worked at TCS for 3.7 years and then moved to Company B, where I stayed for 2 months since I received a better offer in my hometown. Currently, I’ve been working with Deloitte since June.

My question is: if I want to switch in the future, should I disclose my experience with Company B to the HR of the new company? I have all the documents, including the relieving letter and experience letter from Company B.

I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike.
