I have an opportunity for a new position with higher pay, fully remote with the option of going into the local office whenever I want, unlimited PTO, within a growing industry and in a role that I could then easily transition into pretty much any tech company - but its a drop in title. I’d be going from Director to senior manager - but this is also a much bigger company. I’m fine with it but I’m wondering how it might look on my résumé in the future. Has anyone deal w this before?
