If anyone is planning to join amdocs please don't.

This is not the amdocs which you had heard of.

It's drastically changed and reduced all compensation,events, parties,gifts etc.

Management is very poor and after a gap of 1.5 years salary revision happened with very very low percentage of increment (viz less than or equal to WITCH companies)
