If someone asked you what the culture at your company is, would you be able to answer? I'm considering leaving for another agency, but my friends and family keep telling me to make sure I find another place with the same 'culture'. I'm not sure if I know what that really means .. what does it mean to you?

- we have a “Fishbowl Live event” where we (practicing PMs) can discuss what we have seen work / not work/ brainstorm solutions for someone with a specific problem.

The idea is to provide multiple peer perspectives, and hopefully something useful
