Why do the London markets write hard-to-place risks for not a lot of premium?

Even if you have ZERO interest in the job, anyone else apply for open jobs on LinkedIn for which you know 100% you're immensely qualified/even overqualified—that is, the place would frankly be lucky to have someone of your experience/portfolio/reputation—all just for one reason: to see if you even get a f$@!*ng response? Or if yet again, you won't get through the ATS robo-gatekeeper?

A company was ready to extend an offer two weeks ago but no updates yet. Now another recruiter from the same company reached out for a slightly different role. I’m still interviewing with other companies and would be open to learn more. What would be the best practice when it comes to different roles at the same company?

👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.

2. T-Systems - 26 Fixed + 2 lakhs joining bonus (Bangalore relocation required - Hybrid model)
