My company matches 3%. Is that low or on par?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

I’m looking to switch career from data analyst to interior designer. But from what I saw the interior designer has a relatively lower pay compared with data jobs. What should I do? Interior design work makes me happy but it earns less. How do you guys see about salary cut after transitioning careers, especially I need to re-attend school ( not making money for 2+ years and pay for tuition) if I want to switch the career. Thanks!

Does anyone have any good (free) resources for construction detailing. I’m trying to move up in my career but struggling due to lack of mentorship//training (staff shortage, everyone is busy) I’m rarely taken on construction sites, and if I am It’s because I pushed for it.
