My dad's a senior software architect getting 35 lpa for 18 years work experience in cognizant. His tech stack is AEM and he has worked on angular and Java Projects as well. Since he is getting underpaid a lot ... Hopefully someone can refer him Adobe or some product companies. Even service company with good pay also is acceptable
How do I check my utilization?

Hi there! I’m a PM/interior designer working for a firm in New England. The job is extremely multifaceted. It could involve sketching, pulling fabrics and schemes, sourcing for materials, furniture and lighting, creating presentations and mood boards, photoshopping… and there there are all the client relation aspects, coordinating with contractors, tradespeople, and vendors, working within (or managing a team)
Construction related tasks- creating construction documentation, writing specifications, issuing meeting minutes, approving and managing submittals…
Procurement and installation of projects (buying/tracking product, managing installations, photo shoots, product returns.. etc. etc.)
One of the great parts (at least in hospitality design) are the fun events, learning and travel opportunities. It’s a very lively and creative industry that loves celebrating and showcasing beautiful things and places.
