I’m a Junior Graphic Designer at a manufacturing firm, but I run the entire design vertical alone. I do senior-level work, including full website UI/UX and content strategy. Because of this massive workload, I asked HR for a salary correction. They refused, saying it’s only been 10 months and too early for a hike. They completely ignored the change in job scope. What should I do? Push back, or just stop doing extra UI/UX work and find a new job?
