No. Because those spots are annoying af and not high profile

You think their big break is equivalent to doing an ad for a holding company? How about getting paid more money than most people on your team for a single post that’s seen by millions more than any ad. And then some ending up with record, tv deals and book deals.
This. If someone is famous on social with a ton of people following them and watching everything, why do tv commercials?
With a TV media buy, you're trying to find your target market and hope they're watching. By just having the influencer do something on their social feed, you already know the market you're reaching and that they'll see it.
And for the influencer, why go through the hassle of shooting a spot when you can get paid a bunch doing what you already do?
Of course, if your brand is something famous and cool like Nike, they're probably more willing than if your brand is Delta Airlines.
Not sure how high-profile you’re looking for but Charlie D’Amelio is a tiktok creator who is frequently in Dunkin digital ads. They even added “The Charlie” drink to their menu. She didn’t get her big break because of it though. She was already a big influencer prior to any brand deals.
🤣 look up Bretman Rock he recently did a bunch of Klarna ads and he’s genuinely pretty funny and likeable
Like an actual TV spot? Not sure that crossover has happened yet but the big brand/tiktoker collabs are:
Charlie D’Amelio for Dunkin
Addison Rae for American Eagle
Taylor Holder and Noah Beck for Tinder
If you can use any influencer - James Charles got his big break with CoverGirl
Wasn’t King Bach in some Mountain Dew spots? Or did I dream that errr, have a nightmare.

He did a thing with Red Bull, which is one of his sponsors.

Dunkin x Charli D’Amelio
Note that being an influencer usually means they already had their big break.

Truth left swipe dat had tons of influencers
Emma chamberlain is a YouTuber who is also on insta and tik tok who’s in pac sun and Levi’s ads. Those didn’t make her famous tho she was famous before them.
It was poorly executed but ninja litterally hosted new years

I mean, that dance. It hurt to watch.
The whole be a follower campaign from diesel is primarily IG influencers. It’s an ironic casting though.
