Yes and no. I'm very understanding that so many things are out of their control. However, I find I get more frustrated now at folks who put no effort into doing the job.

Totally, in my case I have learned to be more understanding when I get a call at a busy time, I was usually rude to the customer agent.

I'm certainly more patient and I try to be more considerate of how overworked customer service agents tend to be.
