I'm a senior associate at one of the classic "tech" firms (think Fenwick, WSGR, Cooley). I have pretty much never worn a suit since OCI. I'm trying to lateral now so I need a suit but after having 2 kids I'm 5'0" and 140 pounds. Any tips for where to get a decent suit that isn't too pricey? I don't want to invest TOO much since my weight fluctuates so much.

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
