Hi, I recently came across Scaler's MS program, which offers masters degree in collaboration with Woolf University (European University). And, I am looking move to Canada in near future. Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? McKinsey & Company I received an offer from McKinsey & Company in 2021 and I’ll be starting later this year after graduation. Obviously because of the pandemic, inflation is slowly trending upwards. Has anyone asked for a base salary increase before even starting the job? Any advice on how to approach this?

The more degrees you have, the better you'll fare in most cases. It doesn't necessarily matter what school.

Did not attend an Ivy for my Masters (non-MBA) but when I spoke to an alum at a Big 4 about their recruiting process, he said that a non-MBA would go on the experienced hire track. Did not end up pursuing consulting so I don’t have much more intel for you. But, I gather that essentially campus recruitment is for undergrads and MBAs and everyone else falls into experienced hire, since there is no specialized recruitment route for non-MBA Masters. Doesn’t mean you can’t still show up to OCR and try to get attention as an experienced hire, though.
