I’m a senior health insurance underwriter with 10+ years of experience and I’m trying to pivot into the P&C space. I’ve applied to a lot of P&C UW roles but just get the "we're moving forward with other candidates" email. I know health and P&C are different, but many underwriting skills overlap. Any advice on how to gain traction and move further in the interview process?
