Hello, everyone! I am new to fishbowl, the Healthcare field, and fairly new to my company. One of my primary goals, besides finding the highest quality talent to join our team, is to expand my network. If anyone here is willing to send me a LinkedIn connect request I would be very appreciative! It will be a mutual benefit, I assure you.

i'm not a PA but i'm well versed with epic as well. i would start with Coursera's IBM data analytics. that's what i'm currently doing and so far some of the jobs are impressed i'm doing that
Excellent advice here - this course will be a great place to start if you haven't taken it yet.
So as an Epic analyst, from a smaller system (~700k patient base) we have around 100 Epic Analysts, but less than 5% are licensed NP/PA/MD. And of those few employees, most of them are directors who don’t actually build, but do hold certifications so they are considered analysts. However, the clinical informatics/ clinical provider support teams have a lot of clinicians and from what I know the salary is tied to your clinical license (best friend is an NP on one of our clinical informatics teams, she mentioned it was a small drop, but was balanced by being able to WFH and get away from bedside. She acts as a “liaison” between providers and Epic Analysts for any Epic related issues and future enhancements). There is no reason you couldn’t go into an Epic Analyst role, however I would think it would be a significant drop in salary. Also, honestly I don’t think you would need to learn anything more than some SQL and know how to use Excel and notepad for Epic. I know SQL and I did learn some X12 as I specifically work with RTE.
Medical Office Administrator maybe? Or something in the way of patient experience.
There are a ton of analyst positions for epic on LinkedIn
also start researching python, json, sql etc
Look into life sciences technology companies. What sort of tech skills do you have?
You could alaways do something in tech for Epic. They have lots of entry level roles taht would help you get your foot in the door
