You should start documenting dates, exact comments, and witnesses, follow up with her manager in writing, and if it continues, bring that record to HR, but a written pattern is how cases actually get built.

I agree with DM 1. I would suggest holding your boundaries and letting them know that you don’t appreciate the comments being made. You may not be able to change their behavior entirely, but standing up for yourself is still something meaningful.

Gross. Is there another person on your team that you could confide in? Or maybe another person who can help stand up for you if you’re not comfortable confronting the old men yourself? I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I agree with the others to document everything and in the meantime, look for another job.
Gross 🤮. The answer is sadly both. Your manager is a sleaze for saying it like that, but unless someone really crosses, the line there's probably not much he can or is willing to do. I'm sorry. Hope you get out of there soon.

if you want the gen x way to handle it is to give them sass back. i was a waitress for 25 years and worked a majority of it in a country club where the old guys would occasionally be forward. I would either come up with some sass or be like whatever dude. You could say things like you're a few decades too late pal or another comment like that and I'm gonna charge a fee like a swear jar to your account.....They should act like real men who have a purpose driven life and just get on with their work out and leave you be. Find the guy who behaves like that and he may actually stand for you.
What do you do or say to these old men? I would give them a long stare along with your best resting bitch face. If they touch you inappropriately then you can threaten them with an assault charge. Hopefully maybe then your boss will grow a pair.
