I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. At Mindtree, I had only 1 technical round and submitted google form then I had ctc discussion with HR and she said that she is sending for approval.
How long it takes to get ctc approved and also will there be managerial round as well?

Expertise- Product Management ( Designation Consultant)
YOE- 14 years 8 months (all relevant)
Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.
