Hi. I am a 6 year experienced sdet trying to get into devops.
I started to practise on Jenkins build.
I know a bit of python- used it in my automation frameworks. Need to start on containerization.
From Google I got know we need to have python, linux knowledge, ansible , chef, puppet and terraform- (good to have)
I also am preparing for azure 204.
Since you all are in devops real time, can you pls tell if I am in right path and how to gain some hands-on?

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. So that’s the first time I am in a role where I am trusted to chose platforms and services to use, and I am overwhelmed!
I work for a B2B company, and am searching for a platform where I can monitor seo, and manage social media primarily.
I’m obviously looking at hubspot but what other platforms (combined of individual) do you like most?

What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.
