I’m currently in discussions with Microsoft and the initial offer seems lower than expected—the base pay is roughly equal to my current CTC at ThoughtWorks. Has anyone faced a similar situation? How did you handle the negotiation, especially with around 9 years of experience in the Data & AI space? CCTC in TW is 30, MS offering Base pay as 32. Experiance folk please help.

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment.
