I got locked out from my portal as I entered the wrong password. How much time it’ll take for me to again reset my password and login? I have my offer letter that I have to accept.

Till yesterday, my job status on Barclays portal was job offered. In evening, I got a mail saying congratulations on your offer & they have asked to click on the Barclays portal link and to accept the offer within 5 days, I did the same, now job status has been changed to offer accepted. But I didn't get Offer Letter via Mail. Guys, Do I need to wait for offer Letter or the one which I have accepted on portal is the same?
