You can tell them after you're offered.
I wouldn't bring it up until your further into the interview process, like final or almost final interview. That way you can have more time to show your value. If a company really wants you they'll be willing to work with you.
I totally get that. I was in the same spot once with a wedding abroad. I waited until I got the offer, and they were totally fine with it. Have you thought about how to frame it as already booked and non-negotiable?
This is great advice. I was worried if I didn’t tell them earlier on, then they’ll feel like I held back.
I would wait until you get the offer. Disclosing it now can only harm your candidacy. Once you have the offer in hand, it shouldn't be a problem. They'll have invested significant time into interviewing you and most likely won't be willing to throw that away over a few weeks' absence/delayed starting date.
