Im currently seeking opportunities in operations. I have 16 yrs of experience in the field, my main focus has been warehousing, operations in general for different industries .. the market is extremely tough, I have applied to every job I can and I just keep getting rejections letters, or not even a response. Market is saturated and I’m so exhausted, at least I have a job which is unstable but at least I have an income, but I can only imagine what it could be for people don’t have one.

Does anyone at Salesforce know much about their automotive products/practice? Dealership CRM, etc? I have a lot of auto dealership experience and really want to work for Salesforce, so I wanted to ask if anyone knows much about it. SF is not a big player in auto, but I imagine that will change.

With a recession around the corner - two questions:
1) will there be layoffs at Deloitte? My concern is we hired so much ppl this year.
2) will there be more work in org design? Just saw the Robinhood 9% workforce layoff announcement.

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?
