I’ve had both Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity come before.
I've gotten a lot of flyers and mail from Lupus Foundation, United War Veterans Council and Vietnam Veterans of America who can do scheduled pickups. Check their websites. I did it once before with one of them.
junkluggers if you’re in nyc! they donate what they pick up to a ton of charitable orgs across the city like goodwill, habitat, etc

Dress for Success takes donations of office clothes for women who can’t afford the clothes they need to get a job.

Probably no charities are picking up right now. Maybe the free section of Craigslist is the best way to get someone to pick up.
Out of the Closet does large donation pickups in nyc not sure if they’re national
Just make sure they (whoever it is) can schedule time for you - I have tried to do this in the past and sometimes they get booked up well into the future (which could be the case particularly now).
