Has anyone ever had to deal with a situation where the main product of the company has been built in a way that makes it very tough to scale, adapt to new use cases and add new features? A number of employees across different teams are looking to make the case that we should consider remaking a second, leaner version of it that can allow us to be more flexible and competitive with the growing number of cheaper alts. Also keen to hear about "known companies" that had to make this kind of move.

2. Have your school go fully remote for the entire fall semester
