I’m currently working as a BA-Team lead (Level 9) at Accenture with 7+ years of experience for Pune india.My current CTC is ₹20 LPA, with a fixed component of ₹18.21 LPA.I’ve been offered a Business Analyst role at Barclays (BA4 grade), where I’m already aligned as a client resource from ACN side.Given my experience and current compensation, what would be the ideal and maximum fixed CTC I can negotiate for?Also, is BA4 a fair equivalent to Accenture Level 9,?will they agree for 28-30 lpa fixed?
