Quiet by Susan Cain is a great read if you're more introverted
Great read
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg and Smarter, Better, Faster by same author are also good. They are kind of billed as self-help but I like the cases that give you insight into what works for different people/companies.
Carnegie lays out a few principles that are worthwhile but just google them. Don't read the entire book. If I took anything away from it, people love to hear their own name.
