We give 16 weeks paid for “primary caregivers “ and 6 weeks for “secondary “ caregivers. I want to advocate for everyone to get at least 12 weeks.

Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. The manager said I had to leave the job in 2 days and the company can only play 2 weeks of work. Is it normal how they do that?

A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations.
