I’m going on maternity leave soon, and my husband and I are taking our leave back-to-back to stretch coverage. I’ll be home first, then he’ll take over. We also have a toddler, which makes me a little nervous about how this will play out. My mom’s staying for two weeks and my MIL for three, so I’m hoping that’s enough recovery time before I’m solo with both kids. Has anyone done staggered leave with a toddler and newborn? Would love to hear what worked (or didn’t).
