I'm having 19 yrs working at ISDL Pune exp but my salary is not even 40 LPA. I feel it's very less compared to other employees with similar experience. How much should I have received compensation for this experience?

Hi! I need to give indexes and I compare -322 with 5. The formula I use is iferror(-322/5*100) but the index I get is -6399. This is the only account with that strange difference. Is there something I am not seeing? Because I approach all of them in the same way.

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? Do international companies provide something else in lieu of a formal offer letter? I know offer letters aren’t legally binding anyhow, but seems they’d provide something. (International = Canada)
