Hi Sharks, I had an interview with Tata Consultancy today and cleared the TAG round by answering all their questions. So here my query is, based on my performance will they offer me a hike of 100% or more from my CCTC, because this role is too relevant to my domain and technical knowledge so that I don't wanna miss out on this.

Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. How do I find out if Qatar works in our case?Deloitte

I don’t think you had negotiation power here. You need to have a competing offer in hand
I recently got promoted to senior and got less than that and it’s non-negotiable. Good luck.
I don’t think you really negotiate and the senior level. Your only realistic option is to leave if you want higher pay.
Please don’t listen to big4 advice. Mid tier firms are run much differently (I know because I’ve worked at both). You should absolutely ask for more. You might not get it but if they can’t risk losing you then you have a very good shot. Worst case scenario they say no and you are right where you are now.
I’d take the raise. But, a bigger concern I’d have if I was in your position is the risk of being overworked. Unfortunately, it’s a lot harder to replace seniors and managers than it is staff.
They’re not going to pay you extra just because they are all of a sudden a little short staffed.
Are you going to start working 60 hour weeks while successfully filing the role that the former manager and staff had? If so, you have an argument for more money. But it seems like you want more just because they might be afraid to lose more people.
