I’m in a contract role and they just put me on a new tool implementation with all developers. There is no program manager on this one. It’s for Copado and I’m not a technical PM. We just kicked it off and I’m already lost. The developer to me should just know what to do idk why they need anyone on this. I plan to just use the Copado implementation doc to build out our sprints. Anyone have any other pointers to help me organize this?

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I feel like I have settled down for a lower package and a lower designation. Is there anything that I can do in the current organisation that I’ve joined at a week back

I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
