I'm interviewing for a sales position where the entire team is new, having been with the company for under a year. I saw layoff reviews online, but the recruiter I'm working with said that was just related to the company's acquisitions and mergers. What should I ask in my next interview to really know if this company is stable or if the turnover is something I should worry about?

Just curious to how my firms (wealth management/bank/trust) comp compares with others out there. I received a promotion earlier this year from an Investment Advisor, AVP to Senior Investment Advisor, VP and moved from $110K to $140K ($130 salary + $10K discretionary bonus) all in. By meeting expectations in 2 pay cycles, the base bumps up to $175K + bonus. Grown in this role over about 10 years with the same firm, MBA + CFA; top 10 city and living comfortably as dual income household.
