Hi,. 24F YOE = 2years10months Work = DevOps and cloud (AWS) . I have two offers, both from same work. SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated

You have to switch jobs every so often to avoid wage compression with most companies. When you leave, your current employer will probably end up paying someone market rate.
If you really like it there you can try going back in a few years after someone else leaves for better pay. Otherwise, embrace the job at the smaller firm and help it grow into a well-known company that looks good on resumes.
Knowing what I know now , I would have left my last company after 2-3 years. If I were you I would!
Okay, the logical questions are 1- why you have not asked for an increase at the current employer and 2- do you like your current job? There is something to be said for the devil you know being better than the devil you don't. If you like the employer, see what they can do. If you are indifferent, then maybe jump to the new place.
