Weirdly enough, I found a part-time job just by asking around to people I know. You never know what you can find by just asking.
That was my plan too! But figured I’d use the collective internet mind! Thank you!
I’ve used Freelancer and Upwork, but you only get so many chances to apply for the postings. Sometimes, regular job boards also have flexible part-time work. Rev and TranscribeMe, I tried to do those but couldn’t pass the tests (transcription just isn’t a skill I have).
That can be challenging. Upwork has a lot of opportunities but the pay is often not great. Part-time remote work positions tend to have a lot of competition. You might search on Indeed or LinkedIn for customer service positions, sometimes companies hire part-timers for those sorts of jobs.
Plenty of roles for freelance Marketing Managers if that’s your title! I know this because I’m constantly turning down these roles & many are remote. I prob saw two that were part time. You should consider maybe the 12 month 40 hours a week one. With a higher rate. Allot of work is being done with VA’s. Freelance portals you’re competing with overseas hires at $10 an hour.
Where do you get those offers from? Idk if I can commit to a 40 hr a week one since I already have full-time job. I am willing to take on additional 10-15 hrs a week though but that’s max I can do. I agree with the freelance portals - tons of work for $5 an hour. Not that I’m picky, but at that rate I’d rather bag groceries for double the amount.
You’re a digital marketing manager. Why not hit up businesses on your own? Lots of business struggle building their sales funnel.
I hate to disappoint you but everything you do will cost you time. Those “easy” things that everyone does is already saturated. But what you can do with your unique skillset is to find a better way to automate so you can get better passive income. However this still takes upfront work to start the snowball.
I am a HR manger and have a good amount of positions available if you are looking for work. Email : aliciadesktop55 @ gmail .com. You will get a response.
